Water Damage Restoration Technician Class (WRT)

The IICRC Water Damage Restoration Certification Class (WRT) provides the critical and necessary foundation for Water Damage Restoration Technicians. The course is designed to provide the participant “start to finish” knowledge of how to perform a Water Damage Restoration project. Key topics covered are Safety, Emergency Service Procedures, Water Categories and Classes, Water Extraction, Material Removal, How to Dry Salvageable Materials, Equipment Placement, Job Documentation, Etc.

Upon completing the course, the student will take an IICRC Administered online exam with 110 multiple choice questions. A passing score of 75% or greater is needed to obtain IICRC Certification.
